Our company provides a variety of high-quality landscaping and hardscape construction services, and we are currently looking for an Office Manager to join our team! This individual will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling workflow, and other office administration duties.

Our office is located in Vista, CA, and all applicants must live in Vista or in a nearby area of North San Diego County, such as San Marcos.

What You’ll Do as an Office Manager:

  • Answer phones and return calls
  • Write follow-up emails
  • Schedule workflow of all our inventory products and crew
  • Utilize LMN CRM

In Order To Qualify for Our Office Manager Position, You Must:

  • Have experience with LMN CRM
  • Have experience in office administration
  • Have great interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the landscape design and build and tree service industry is a plus
  • Have great organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from our office in Vista, CA

Compensation:

  • $28.44 per hour
